Yes, absolutely. We use only certified and safe sugar substitutes approved by WHO, such as erythritol, stevia and sucralose. They have no side effects and do not raise insulin or blood sugar levels. Their glycaemic and insulin indices are zero. They are approved for daily consumption, including by children and people with diabetes.
We dispatch orders seven days a week. Delivery via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta usually takes one to four days. Orders are dispatched the same day when payment is made before 1 p.m.
Yes, absolutely all our products contain no sugar or hidden sugars such as maltitol, maltodextrin, dextrose, fructose, sorbitol or isomalt. They have low glycaemic and insulin indices, so they are suitable for diets for people with diabetes, insulin resistance and any other diet. We will gladly help you choose according to your needs. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor.

You can pay online on our website or via a payment link sent by a manager immediately after you place your order. Cash on delivery is also available: pay a UAH 100 deposit and the remaining balance upon receipt.

Delivery is charged at the carrier’s rates: Nova Poshta typically starts at UAH 70, and Ukrposhta at UAH 50. Free delivery is available for orders from UAH 1,599 via Nova Poshta or UAH 799 via Ukrposhta.
Orders paid before 13:00 are dispatched the same day; those paid after 13:00 are dispatched the next day.
We send your tracking number at around 5 p.m. on the dispatch day. Track your parcel on the carrier’s website or via its tracking link. If you haven’t received your tracking number, contact a manager.
