Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) by TM SOLOSVIT ("Seller") to enter into a Sales Agreement for goods remotely via the website solosvit.ua or the official Telegram bot.

1.2. Acceptance (full and unconditional agreement) of this Agreement is the fact of placing and paying for an order by the Buyer.

2. Terms and Definitions

  • Product — sweeteners, functional food, sets and related products presented in the Site catalog.
  • Online store — the website solosvit.ua and the associated Telegram bot.
  • Seller — TM SOLOSVIT.
  • Buyer — an individual or legal entity ordering products.
  • Order — a formed list of products with confirmed payment.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller transfers ownership of the Product to the Buyer, and the Buyer pays for and accepts it under the terms of this Agreement.

4. Order Placement Procedure

4.1. An order is placed through the cart on the website solosvit.ua or via the Telegram bot.

4.2. If a product is out of stock, a manager contacts the Buyer (by phone / messenger) to agree on a replacement or cancellation of the item.

5. Price and Payment

5.1. Prices are stated in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia / ₴).

5.2. Payment methods: online card payment (LiqPay/Fondy), cash on delivery at a "Nova Poshta" branch.

5.3. If payment is not received within the agreed time, the order is cancelled.

6. Delivery Terms

6.1. Delivery is carried out by "Nova Poshta" throughout Ukraine at the Buyer's expense (unless otherwise provided by promotional terms).

6.2. Orders are shipped according to the warehouse's working schedule (daily).

7. Returns of Goods and Funds

7.1. Goods of proper quality may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the product's appearance and the integrity of the factory packaging are preserved (given the food-specific nature of the sweeteners/flour category).

7.2. The cost of return shipping for quality goods is paid by the Buyer. In case of a defect or a fulfillment error caused by the Seller, return shipping is at SOLOSVIT's expense.

8. Liability and Force Majeure

8.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. The Seller is not liable for changes made by the manufacturer to packaging design, minor color-rendering differences on the Buyer's monitor, or failures in the operation of delivery services/internet providers.

8.3. Force majeure circumstances release the parties from liability.

9. Confidentiality and Personal Data

9.1. The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data (full name, phone number, email, delivery address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
