Secret ingredients for a richer sugar-free taste:
Optional, for a brighter flavour
Step-by-step recipe
1
Prepare the gelatin
Pour cold water over the gelatin, using the amount specified on the package. Stir and leave to bloom according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
2
Dissolve the gelatin
Place the container of bloomed gelatin in a warm water bath. Stir until completely dissolved. Do not bring to the boil.
3
Prepare the protein base
Mix the yogurt with vanilla SOLOSVIT Slim Nutrition. Add SOLOSVIT sweetener and ZERO Peach syrup to taste. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
4
Add the gelatin
Allow the dissolved gelatin to cool slightly so that it remains liquid but is no longer hot. Stir a few spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture into the gelatin. Then pour this mixture into the remaining yogurt base, stirring continuously.
5
Chill the pudding
Divide the mixture between serving glasses or dessert bowls. For quicker chilling, place in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes, checking that the pudding does not freeze. If it has not set, transfer it to the refrigerator. Alternatively, refrigerate overnight from the start.
6
Add the peach and serve
Wash the peach, remove the stone and cut the flesh into small pieces. Top the pudding with the peach just before serving. Serve chilled.
