Prepare the mug
Choose a roomy microwave-safe mug without any metallic decoration. Add the SOLOSVIT protein mix, egg, milk and baking powder.

Mix the ingredients
Mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth, with no dry lumps. Leave plenty of room in the mug for the cake to rise during cooking.

Cook the cake
Microwave for 2 minutes. Check the centre: if it is still liquid, continue heating in short bursts of 15–20 seconds. The total cooking time is approximately 2–3 minutes, depending on your microwave’s power. Watch the batter to make sure it does not overflow.

Cool slightly and serve
Carefully remove the mug — it may be hot. Allow the cake to cool slightly. Serve directly in the mug or transfer to a plate and top with SOLOSVIT powdered sweetener or SOLOSVIT caramel.
